Meet The Educators

Gigi Ford

Gloria “Gigi” Ford has dedicated her career to helping women suffering from hair loss find non-surgical solutions and creative, undetectable hair prosthesis. Gigi has traveled the world educating cosmetologists, researching new techniques and exploring base design.

She is an internationally renowned educator, consultant, and expert in hair styling, hair replacement, consulting, product/project development, program planning and training curriculum and design. Her work has been documented in three NSHR books: The Curriculum of Hair Replacement, All About Insurance Medical Edition, and Don't Lose Your Clients Because They Are Losing Their Hair. 

Shanna Moll

Shanna has over 35 years of experience as a Master Stylist, Color Specialist, and Hair Loss Expert. After years of working with clients, Shanna began to notice that there weren’t any compassionate solutions readily available for her clients experiencing hair loss. So, she began what became her mission and passion and started on a path to bring the best solutions from around the world to people with fine and thinning hair. She grew her business from a one woman show bringing in about $180K/year to developing a six-person team earning $1.3 million/year in only five years.

She is committed to changing lives by sharing her business strategies, technical expertise and passion for hair replacement.

Dezaree Lusk

Dezaree' Lusk, age 29, is originally from Dallas, Texas. She is the founder of Divine Beauty Bar which accepts insurance, CareCredit and Veteran Benefits (VA) to help individuals combat Alopecia with a quality Cranial "Wig" Prosthetic.

Efforts to continue to build her clients self-esteem, alleviate depression and anxiety surrounding hair loss, Dezaree’ became a Certified Permanent Makeup Artist iin 2017. In addition to Cranial Prosthesis, Dezaree now specializes in Microblading Eyebrows, Scar Camouflage, Areola 3D Restoration, and Scalp Micropigmentation as when our clients undergo chemo they suffer hair loss also from the eyebrows and other areas of the body. 

Linda Boyce

Linda Boyce has been a Cosmetologist for 28 years. Throughout these years, she has obtained certifications and mentorship in Non-Surgical Hair Replacement from some of the industry’s trailblazers such as Gigi ((Gloria Ford), Hair Visions Int’l, and IHI international.

As a NSHR educator, she is passionate about working with industry professionals to equip them with advanced knowledge and skill set. Her motto as an NSHR educator is not to prepare students for something but to help students prepare themselves for anything (A.J. Juliani). 

Larry Craft

With over 35 years of salon industry experience, Larry spent 25 years conducting extensive training with salons, manufacturers, and corporations. He traveled the world working and training in New York, Los Angeles, Toronto, and Tokyo while staying grounded in Pittsburgh, his hometown. His work has been seen on variousTV shows and commercials as well as print and other media. Larry was a crucial part of the development and training of several brands, becoming a sought-after teacher for personal development, leadership, and branding as well as business development.

He started working in hair restoration in the mid 2000’s where he developed new hair systems and innovations for some of the largest companies in the industry. He specializes in working directly with factories to develop stock and custom hair systems.

He has traveled to the hair factories of China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Hong Kong andJapan. As the landscape of the supply chain has changed, he has partnered with new factories in Bangladesh and Indonesia during the last 4 years as the industry has had to adjust to supply chain delays and shutdowns throughout the world.
